Doria Leuchten was a German lighting manufacturer founded in 1945 by Walter Donner. The company became known for its modernist glass and metal lighting designs, particularly in the 1960s and 1970s. Their signature pieces featured textured glass elements arranged on metal frames, often resembling ice. Doria collaborated with notable designers like Wolfgang Tümpel and Wilhelm Braun-Feldweg. Despite its success, the company went bankrupt in 1986 due to increasing competition and economic challenges. Today, Doria lamps remain highly sought after in the vintage lighting market.
