A set of a large, footed art glass bowl named “Inari” and a glass vase named “Kantarelli”, designed by the acclaimed Finnish artist and designer Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala.
The vase and bowl’s distinctive, rugged appearance, which resembles an iceberg or frozen landscape, was directly inspired by the natural wilderness of Lapland, Finland, where Wirkkala spent a significant amount of time.
The set is created using a complex cut and blown-molded technique with clear glass.
