1 of the 5 Willy Daro Style Brass Double Flower Wall Lights, 1970s can be placed on hold for 24 Hours.
One of the five brass flowers wall sculptures in the style of designer Willy Daro manufactured by ‘Massive Lighting’, circa 1970s, Belgian. This decorative and beautiful large sculptural light consists of a pair of brass-plated flowers on a bar and circular base of the same finish.
This light can work as a ceiling or wall light. We offer also single lights from the same model series. See last images.
Each flower consists six quality cast naturalistic textured leaves on a brass gilt frame. There are two layers of leaves each leave is individually carved and shaped, to create a life like finish. The golden brass tone reflects a warm light creating depth and interesting reflections. The center of each flower is finished playfully with a brass lamp holder, perfect for a decorative light bulb such as a gold crown light bulb (see images). These bulbs reflect the light on the frame which enhances the texture and mood.
Good cleaned respecting the beautiful patina, well wired, in full working order and ready to use. The frame has the beautiful original vintage patina adding character. Each individual flower requires one large standard screw light bulb (E27) up to 60 watts.
