A special set of round biomorphic smoked glass light fixtures designed by Koch & Lowy for Peill & Putzler, manufactured in Germany, circa 1970s. These Peill & Putzler vintage light fixtures become quickly design classics.
The blown glass has a beautiful wave structure in it, what gives a nice diffuse light effect and a nice pattern on ceiling, walls and floor.
The centre of each wave lamp is finished playfully with a brass colored lamp holder, perfect for a special light bulb such as a gold crown light bulb (see images). These bulbs reflect the light on the frame which enhances the texture and mood.
