Gilt Brass Set with Swarovski Balls by Ernst Palme for Palwa, 1960s
This high quality set was manufactured by Ernst Palme in German Westheim during the 1960s. The set has gilt brass arms with large Swarovski balls. The handcut lead crystal Swarovski balls reflect multiple colors in the sunlight. The lighting manufacturer Ernst Palme worked heavily with Swarovski crystals.
The crystal leaves really are refracting the light in a beautiful way. It fills the room with a soft, warm and welcoming glow.
The chandelier:
Requires 30 E14 screw fit light bulbs (40 Watt Max. per bulb).
Measures: Diameter 19.7 inch (50 cm), height 39.4 inch (100 cm).
The flushmount (three available):
Requires four E14 screw fit light bulbs (20 Watt Max. per bulb).
Measures: Diameter 8.7 inch (22 cm), height 6.2 inch (16 cm).
Heavy quality. Cleaned and well-wired, in full working order and ready to use. The brass frame is in very good condition. Specially compared in line with the age. The set can be disassembled and the crystals individually wrapped for easy transport. Drop rod for the chandelier can be adjusted as required, free of charge, for greater or lesser drop.
