1 of the 2 Kalmar ‘Tulipan’ Clear Glass Light Fixtures, Austria 1960s

One of the two exceptional ‘Tulipan’ flush mount chandeliers by J.T. Kalmar, Austria, Vienna. Manufactured in the midcentury, circa 1960 (late 1960s-early 1970s). With beautiful Murano Tulipan shaped hand blown bubble glasses. Several glasses are mounted with brass bolts on a white enameled metal frame.

In very good vintage condition. Cleaned well wired and ready to use. With new rod and canopy.
Kalmar had a cooperation with several Italian glass makers located in Murano (e.g. Mazzega, Venini) and got the glasses from there.
