This exquisite Art Nouveau set vases by LeGras are statement pieces in the room.

An acid etched ‘cut back’ technique has been used to give depth. The pattern has been cut, polished and enameled with the Legras signature below in a matching style. The pattern series is named ‘rubis’ In purple/fuchsia on a soft soft pink/salmon background, decorated with elegant natural motifs.  

In its style, the set is French Art Nouveau.

Legras

Legras was founded in 1864 by Auguste Legras at St. Denis, France. It is best known for cameo glass and enamel-decorated glass with Art Nouveau designs. Legras merged with Pantin in 1920 and became the Verreries et Cristalleries de St. Denis et de Pantin Reunies. Until 1931, the company produced original  Art Deco designs.
