Løvemose Ceramic Floor Table Lamp, Custom Made Emboidered Lampshade by R. Houben

Spectacular circular ceramic floor/table lamp, with beautiful brown accents in the base with holes. Manufactured in Denmark in the 1970s.

The base is made by Løvemose, in excellent condition. This base used to be a ceramic pendant, but is now a lovely base with wooden bottom. Løvemose was a pottery in the town of Kædeby on the island of Langeland in central Denmark, run by  Marie & Johannes Hansen on Langeland Island. Modern Retro from Denmark.  The company closed in 1980s.

The shade is custom made by R. Houben. René Houben is a renowned Dutch designer. He creates perfectly tailored shades that complement each piece’s character and form.

Cleaned and well-wired, in full working order and ready to use.  In very good condition.
