Kinkeldey is German manufacturer of high-end lighting fixtures. The company attracted international attention when they won the prestigious IF Design Award in 1969 with a chandelier fitted with prism cut crystals. During the 1970s Kinkeldey produced a number of variations on this award winning model, like the one offered here. Although these lamps show the same quality as fixtures of companies like Bakalowits, Lobmeyer and Palwa, the Kinkeldey models tend to be more modern in their design approach.
Cleaned, well-wired and ready to use. The chandelier can be disassembled and the crystals individually wrapped for easy transport. Horizontally inside the frame are 6 standard small screw light bulbs (E14) up to 60 Watts each and is compatible with the US/UK/ etc. standards. Also LED compatible.
